The open style living space at Ziva was perfect for our family to have fun together. The villa's large common area allowed us to enjoy quality time with our children. It was so convenient being just a 5-minute walk away from the bustling entertainment area of Seminyak. We loved exploring the local shops, restaurants, and bars, immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the town.
For dads, it would be great if there were more child-friendly activities available for families with children.

The size of everything and the cleanliness of our villa. Breakfasts were great.
Not really much of a gripe but the standard of english of one of the reception staff was poor and lead to a misunderstanding about dinner being ordered... Which we gave up waiting for.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate; villa was modern with great tv, cable and wifi; bed was comfortable; loved the indoor/outdoor bathroom; position is good, 5 minutes walk to Oberoi street (shopping/restaurants) but about 15 minutes walk to the beach.
The food is not up to the standard that is expected of such lovely villas and should be improved. The massage organised through the villa (provided by an external service provider) was not very good.

Our team chose this hotel for our retreat because it provided the amenities we needed, including irons/ironing boards on request. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to popular streets in Seminyak.
One service that would have been helpful for our work was a business center. It would have been nice to have a dedicated space for meetings and access to printing and scanning facilities.

Villa was great, location was perfect and the villa was beautiful the pool was fantastic.Layout is a bit strange...loved the outdoor bathroom but the little ants were annoying and has to keep the doors shut cos of mossies but no dramas. Breakky was not that great, but so many restaurants around was nice to get out and explore. would def stay again :)

Title: Fantastic Family Getaway
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities to enjoy at the villa.

The pool is fantastic in the three bedroom unit. The location is very convenient. The staff arranged a car and driver that worked out well for us. The staff is very pleasant. The grounds are gorgeous.
The furniture is very worn down - needs refurbishment. The breakfast wasn't very good compared to other places we stayed in Bali. There were hairs and fingernail clippings from previous guests in the rugs.

Very nice and spacious villa. Largest private pool I ever seen (Even good for svimming laps in the morning). Butler and housekeeping very polite. Before they come and "disturb" us for cleaning or the scheduled breakfast - the butler calls by phone and asks if it's ok to come to the villa. 5 minutes walk to restaurant/shop/bar street.

The location was absolutely fantastic, with a smiling welcome from the staff. The bed was super comfy, and the mosquito repellant provided was a nice touch. The aircon in the bed/living area was mind-blowing, and the pool was jaw-droppingly large for a 1 bed villa. The interior furnishing of the villa was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect - close enough to the main street, but without the noise and busyness. we had a super satisfying stay and would highly recommend!

We loved how the villas are really spacious, ample space for living as well. The pool is long and great. Staff are friendly and efficient. In- villa massage was good.
Pool was clean, but could be cleaned a little more. Perhaps because there are trees and plants surrounding the pool, the leaves and some debris falls into the pool. The staff should clean it everyday, not just once.

We loved our stay at Ziva! The villa was luxurious and breakfast was huge. The location was excellent within walking distance to anything we needed and taxi's were always close by. The security was brilliant and there is nothing we did not like about the villa....we will definately be back!!

I had a fantastic stay at Ziva A Boutique Villa. The villa itself was spacious and the private pool was massive - perfect for lounging and enjoying the tropical surroundings. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. The daily breakfast prepared by the cook in the villa was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Photo's on the website do not do this place justice - it exceeded our high expectatations in every way possible. The moment we arrived we very impressed. Service was wonderful, rooms were very spacious, modern and clean. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful food. Great location, very close to Oberoi St (resturants and shopping) but still tranquil and very quiet. Would recommend to anyone and they will definitely be getting our return business.
Could not fault Ziva Villa. Will recommend to all my friends and return there in the future.

1) Warm hospitable service from all the staff - front desk, landscape caretakers, telephone operators, security guard. 2) Prompt and efficient service from telephone operators. Phone calls answered within three rings and queries promptly attended to. 3) Location - 10 min walking distance to restaurants and streets
